Title: Cream of Smoked Salmon Soup

1pk(8 ounces) cream cheese, Cut into cubes
1cMilk
2tsDijon mustard
1 1/2tsChopped fresh or
1/2tsDried dill weed
2 Green onions (with tops), sl
1cn(14-1/2 ounces) ready-to-ser Chicken broth
12 Ounces smoked salmon, flaked

*substitute: 1 cn (15-1/2 ounces) salmon, drained And flaked

Heat cream cheese, milk, mustard, dill weed, onions and chicken broth in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in salmon. Heat until hot. 4 SERVINGS (ABOUT 1 CUP EACH); 380 CALORIES PER SERVING.To Microwave: Place all ingredients except salmon in 2-quart microwavable casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, until cheese is melted. Stir in salmon. Cover tightly and microwave on high 2 minutes longer.
